Journal of Water and Climate Change issues a formal withdrawal in relation to the above article by Sarfaraz Ahmad and Khatib Khan. This decision has been taken as the authors failed to complete the necessary corrections to their paper, and production could not be completed. As a result of this the paper has been withdrawn.
