Institutional Administrators: account details, IP ranges and usage
Administrators for new institutional subscriptions will need to register to access account details on the Institutional Administrator dashboard. Please follow the steps below:
- Visit https://iwaponline.com/.
- Click "Register" on the top right corner.
- Once on the Register page, please fill in the required information.
- Make sure you add your institution’s CU-Number on the Customer Number field - please contact us if you do not have this.
- Click "Register" to complete.
After you establish your Username and Password, you can use these to log into the Institutional Administrator Dashboard. This allows you to do the following:
- View your subscriptions.
- View, add and update IP information.
- Download COUNTER reports.
- Update OpenURL information.
- Upload your institutional logo.

Claims for missing issues
We try our best to deliver your print issues as soon as they are published. Please note that it may take some time for the issue to arrive at your institution, depending on what part of the world you are in. However, if you haven't received an issue please do let us know.
Claims for non-receipt must be made within 3 months of expected publication or on receipt of a subsequent issue. Claims received after this period will not be fulfilled.

CancellationsAccepted less single-issue price for issues already sent.
Subscription yearJanuary to December. All calendar year subscriptions include back issues.
Delivery addressSubscription agents should supply the name and address of the subscriber even when delivery is through a consolidation address. To ensure online access please supply the Internet Protocol (IP) address where applicable.
Additional postage for priority delivery aims
Western Europe 2-3 days.
Rest of World 5-7 days.
To ensure continuity of dispatch of journals each year, payment should reach us by 1st December. Agents and booksellers are responsible for the continuity of orders placed through them.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT on ‘Combined’ Journals is chargeable, at 20%, on a percentage of the total price.
European Union: clearly state your VAT number on all orders otherwise VAT may be charged at the appropriate national rate.
Please make cheques payable to IWA PUBLISHING LTD or TURPIN DISTRIBUTION LTD. Sterling Cheques must be drawn on UK banks, US Dollar cheques can be drawn on either US or UK banks and Euro cheques must be drawn on EU banks. Please note variations in agency discount.
