In overall comparison (i.e., considering criteria TRC, AB, and CS), option 1 (TSF) was the optimal option with the highest SI (see Table 11). Option 3 (PAC treatment), option 2 (alum treatment), and option 4 (FeCl3 treatment) were ranked as 2, 3, and 4, respectively. Finally, the selection string was option 1–3–2–4. Considering only the criterion of CS, the optimal option was option 3 (PAC coagulation). This indicates that the PAC coagulation produced the best quality effluent. The selection string was option 3–2–4–1.
