Measured and simulated CC and biomass during the growing seasons are given in Figure 4 and 5. There are regional differences in biomass and CC simulations. Both biomass accumulation and CC development had similar trends with measurements in the four locations during the study periods. Table 4 indicates that there is no remarkable difference between the measured and simulated values of CC and biomass. Overall, the model showed better simulations of biomass and CC in Dezful than in Omidieh.
