Table 5 shows the multi-year average precipitation (P), potential evapotranspiration (E0), runoff depth (Q), underlying surface parameter (n) (calculated using Fu's equation), and the elasticity coefficients of the three influencing factors (, , ), calculated using Equations (9)–(11) for the study area during Period I and Period II. Figure 4 shows the relative rate of change in Period II compared to Period I (i.e., Figure 4 = (variable in Period II – variable in Period I) × 100/variable in Period I).
