For C. microphylla, SF and interception were positively correlated with canopy area. For S. gordejevii, SF increased with branch number and decreased with stem basal area; however, its interception was significantly positively correlated with stem basal area. There was no significant correlation between rainfall partitioning and any canopy characteristics for H. fruticosum (Table 3).
