As the world-wide effort to reduce waste gains momentum, there will be a changing attitude towards waste generators. This transition will require the construction of incinerators to provide a critical link in managing the difficult wastes that remain. They must demonstrate the best available technology and quality operation. These incinerators become the bridge that allows time for the transition of world-wide manufacturing facilities to meet the environmental expectations now gaining prominence.
