Call for Papers: Water Resource Recovery Modelling
Water Science and Technology special issue on
Water Resource Recovery Modelling
CALL FOR PAPERS
Following the success of the recent 6th Water Resource Recovery Modelling 2018 Seminar (WRRmod 2018; previously the WWTmod series) held in Lac Beauport, Quebec, Canada, from March 10 to 14, we are pleased to invite you to submit a manuscript to the journal Water Science & Technology for peer review and possible publication in a special Modelling issue.
Everybody is invited to submit a paper, especially those who participated in the WRRmod 2018 Seminar (as oral, poster or workshop presenter or as a participant), where this has been a key topic.
Topics of interest are related to modelling of water resource recovery facility processes:
plant design and operation
activated sludge (traditional and MBR), biofilm processes
water resource recovery (water, nutrients, energy, others)
separation processes (incl. clarifier, filtration and flotation)
water chemistry, emerging and priority micropollutants
uncertainty, sensitivity, calibration and validation
interaction of process units
WRRF sustainability and life cycle assessment.
Mini Reviews that are short, timely articles that summarise recent developments in the field without providing an exhaustive review of all the literature can also be submitted (more information can be found here: https://bit.ly/2H7mxZv).
